Madison Home was built by a family with a lifelong love of beauty, craft, and hospitality.
Sam Le
Principal & Co-FounderSam is the co-founder of Madison Home. Known for his philanthropic work in his native Vietnam, he is also the author of the best-selling memoir Spirit Stills the Storm – an uplifting account of his journey from Vietnam to the United States, and a story of sacrifice, courage, and love.
Tammy Le
PrincipalTammy is well known for her artistry in floral design. Her award-winning custom arrangements have graced high-end hotels, offices, and homes. She also owns and runs Madison Country, a boutique featuring her designs alongside French Country furniture and accessories.

DesignerLam’s love of design started early – refurbishing cast-off furniture to use as props in his parents’ floral and gift business. That spirit still shapes Madison Home today: mixing old and new, refined and reclaimed, luxury and casual.

Interior Designer · Since 2014With an interior design degree and experience as a Personal Stylist at Nordstrom, Bridal Consultant at the Davenport Hotel Floral Shop, and Designer at Pottery Barn, Lisa creates spaces that reflect each client’s functional needs – streamlined, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Celeste Monteiro
DesignerRaised in France and trained in clothing design, Celeste spent many years as lead designer at the prestigious Davenport Hotel Flower Shop before bringing her artistry to Madison Home. She pairs the perfect furniture and decor to fit each client’s comfort and way of life.

DesignerComing from a family of designers, Salina has been surrounded by interior design since she was a little girl. She takes the time to truly listen, then creates beautiful designs that stay functional for everyday life – a genuine, comforting approach clients love.
