1. Program Description
Madison Home offers SMS and email messaging programs to users who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services and your subscription preferences.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Madison Home at the number provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of services.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS messaging service at any time by replying STOP to 509-278-8155.
After you send the message STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Madison Home unless you opt back in.
4. Re-Enrolling (Opting Back In)
If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may opt in again using the same method you originally used to enroll.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance.

6. Message Frequency & Carrier Rates
Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us.
Transactional messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders. If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive promotional or informational messages periodically (typically no more than monthly).
For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Madison Home’s website, services, or to participate in our SMS or email communication programs. By using our services or opting in to receive communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Madison Home does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that information has been collected from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
